I’m on Obon break as of today. National Japanese holiday where most people are off. I will be off for a week. Going to Osaka for some sightseeing.

Bloody Lenovo
Bloody Lenovo. The assjerks. I ordered a new Thinkpad 5-14 and the current shipping date is late July. I need the bloody thing before I leave the country. So now. I will not have a laptop before I ship out. They wont even ship it to Japan. And now I have to figure out how to not get taxed on my laptop by the Japanese.
I can’t buy one in Japan because the cost is absurd. I might cancel the damn order and buy a el-cheapo 500 dollar thing to hold me over.

Timing is pretty important.
I lack good timing. I lack lots of other things but I lack timing. A ticket to where I am traveling will be in the $700s. Peak season no less. That was how much it was last time except half the value.
Florida Trip
Took a road trip to Florida to see some friends during the opening of their restaurant. Long drive. A bit less than completely satisfied due to a push for getting to the destination instead of enjoying the travel. I don’t like Florida as a state any more than I did before. The Everglades National Park was nice. I forgot Zoe. First time that has happened.
